The process

From submission to payment—step by step

We keep requirements straightforward so you can get a quote quickly and sell with confidence.

1) Submit your lot details

Share photos, approximate piece count, category mix, brands, and condition notes. The more accurate the details, the faster the quote.

2) Get a clear quote

We review your submission and respond with a straightforward offer and next steps. If we need clarification, we’ll ask specific questions—no back-and-forth.

3) Confirm logistics

We’ll align on drop-off or pick-up, packaging expectations, and timeline so the handoff is smooth.

4) Receive payment

Once the lot is received and verified against the agreed details, we issue payment promptly and document everything for easy repeat transactions.

How It Works FAQs

Quick answers about quotes, logistics, and what to include in your submission.

What should I include to get the fastest quote?

Photos of the lot, estimated piece count, category mix (tops/bottoms/dresses/outerwear), brand list (if known), and condition notes (NWT, shelf pulls, used, etc.).

Do you buy nationwide?

Not yet on a large scale. But please reach out with a specific request!

How do you handle mixed-condition lots?

Mixed lots are fine—just be transparent. Break down the approximate percentages by condition so we can price accurately.

What happens after I accept the quote?

We confirm logistics (pick-up or drop-off), packaging expectations, and timeline. Then you send the lot and we verify it against the agreed details.

When do I get paid?

Payment is issued promptly after receipt and verification of the lot details we agreed on during quoting.

Can we set up a repeat process for regular lots?

Absolutely. If you source consistently, we’ll streamline the workflow so submissions, quoting, and handoffs are faster each time.
