FAQ
Still have a question? Reach out, and we’ll respond quickly.
What types of clothing lots do you buy?
We buy bulk apparel lots from sourcers, resellers, and liquidators—NWT, NWOT, gently used clothing, overstock, surplus, shelf-pulls, and clean customer returns. Share what you have, and we’ll confirm fit.
What information do you need for a quote?
At minimum: estimated unit count, category mix (tops/bottoms/outerwear, dresses), brand list (if known), condition notes, and clear photos. The more detail you provide, the faster and more accurate the quote.
Do you buy mixed lots or only sorted inventory?
Both. Mixed lots can work when the categories/brands/conditions are reasonably consistent. If it’s highly varied, we may ask for a quick breakdown by category and condition.
What conditions are acceptable?
We prefer new with tags or like-new. Clean, resellable returns may be acceptable with clear condition notes. We generally do not purchase heavily damaged, stained, or unsellable goods.
How quickly do you respond with a quote?
Most submissions receive a response within 1–2 business days once we have the key details and photos. Larger or more complex lots may take a bit longer.
How do payment and pickup/shipping work?
Payment method and timing depend on lot size and logistics. For local Southern California lots, we may coordinate pickup —share your location, and we’ll outline next steps.

Send your lot details and photos, and we’ll get back with a clear quote and next steps—fast.
