What we need to buy your bulk clothing lot
Clear requirements mean faster quotes and smoother pickups/shipments. If your lot matches the guidelines below, we can usually quote quickly and move to payment without delays.

Baseline requirements (quick check)
These are the fastest ways to confirm fit. If you’re unsure, submit anyway and we’ll advise.
Lot size
Preferably 100+ pieces per lot (mixed categories OK). Smaller lots may be considered if the brands/condition are strong.
Condition
We buy new with tags, new without tags, and gently used. Please disclose any stains, holes, heavy wear, odors, or damage.
Category mix
Apparel is ideal (dresses, tees, hoodies, pants, outerwear). Tell us if items are men’s, women’s, or mixed.
Brand & quality
Provide brand list (top brands highlighted) and any known retail/wholesale context. Consistency helps us price accurately.
How to package lots for the fastest quote
Good photos + clear counts reduce back-and-forth and help us pay faster.
Send 3–10 photos showing the overall lot, close-ups of labels/tags, and any defects. Include piece counts by category, a brand breakdown, and notes on condition.

Do you buy returns or customer-used items?
Sometimes. Tell us the return type (shelf-pull, customer return, salvage) and the estimated defect rate. Clear disclosure helps us decide quickly.
Do you require manifests?
Not always, but manifests help. If you don’t have one, provide counts by category/size range and a brand list. Photos are required either way.
Will you buy mixed sizes and mixed categories?
Yes—mixed lots are common. Just break down counts as best you can (e.g., tees vs. hoodies; men’s vs. women’s; NWT vs. GUC).
What conditions do you avoid?
Lots with heavy staining, strong odors, pests/mold, excessive damage, or unclear provenance are usually a no. If you’re unsure, share photos and we’ll advise.
Do you pick up or can I ship?
We can coordinate pickup in Southern California or arrange drop-off depending on lot size and location.
How do you handle payment?
Payment method and timing depend on the deal structure and verification. We’ll confirm terms in writing before you ship or schedule pickup.
